Frequently asked questions

General

Yes, we can ship anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $15 per order.

We have a local delivery service to Shepparton & Nathalia customers for only $2 per order. Shepparton Deliveries are once a week on a Thursday - all orders placed between Thursday & Weds will be delivered on the next Thursday. Nathalia deliveries are daily.

Shipping & Returns

We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Below you'll find information about our shipping times, costs, and return process.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates:

Standard flat rate shipping - $15

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship Australia wide.

Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty, not for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with 7 days of delivery with photos. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
